Continuing with the theme of Pomegranate Week and POM Wonderful Dinner Party, here is my third recipe! I love Cornish Hens and I love a good glaze on my chicken or turkey! This glaze is very easy to make and it tastes best when it sits for a little while for the flavors to come together.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I always look for different ways in which I can serve chicken along with my rice dishes.
