Turmeric, Cinnamon, & Ginger Tea

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ slice of lemon
  • 1½ cups water
  1. Place turmeric, ginger, cinnamon in a sauce pan. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain tea and discard ingredients.
  3. Add lemon juice and half slice of lemon.
