Last weekend the Sous Chef and I went to the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, to visit the new Princess Diana Exhibit. While there we also visited The Tea Roomand had ourselves a nice high tea experience! The tea sandwiches were delicious but one in particular made my taste buds do a little happy dance!

The masterpiece in the middle of the plate was a “Canary melon & prosciutto with pomegranate cream on artisan bread & mint.”
