Last week I wrote an article about saffron and while doing so I looked at some videos for inspiration. I am forever mesmerized by this spice and what it does to our dishes. This video is mostly about the harvest and also talks about various qualities. Of course there are some delicious Persian dishes shared and low and behold my own picture of Kotlet is does an appearance.
