I have been saying for a long time that more and more Persian food is getting the attention of the culinary world. Chef Anthony Bourdain’s travel to Iran and subsequent Parts Unknown episode about Persian food is an example of how our delicious food is finally getting the attention it deserves in the spotlight.

Today’s video left me speechless. I was immediately drawn to the title because I don’t think I have ever heard of Duck Dizzi. This is a classic example of chefs taking traditional Persian recipes and modernizing and combining them with other Asian cuisines in ways that I never imagined.
