A few weeks ago I received an email from Foodbuzz about POM Wonderful offering a contest. Needless to say that I immediately inquired and learned that the contest was all about creating a dinner party centered around pomegranates. Well hello!!!! I read the guideline, scratched my head and filled out the preliminary questionnaire to be considered as one of the bloggers participating in the contest. Then I patiently waited to see if I was going to be selected.
You are probably asking yourself what I am talking about…the actual kitchen of My Persian Kitchen was indeed closed for two very frustrating weeks. You ask what happened? All hell broke loose.
Let me begin from the beginning, so you know why my brain nearly exploded. Grab yourself a glass of wine and some munchies, this is entertaining folks!
Three years ago The Sous Chef built our desktop computer himself. It worked fabulously during this whole time but it was in a major need of a tune up.

I find the end of each holiday a bit nostalgic, there is such a high that comes with the approach of the holidays and then you bat your eyes and it’s all done and over with.
The month of March was rather busy around My Persian Kitchen. I tried my best to cover all that surrounds Norouz. It wasn’t until I went back through my pictures for the past three weeks that I thought about this post. There are so many fun memories and one of the things that made me smile is actually really feeling spring in the air through all the flowers around us.
But let me start from the beginning!
